About Alice Springs YHA
The best located backpackers in town, Alice Springs YHA is built within the grounds of an historic outdoor movie theatre.
This is definitely somewhere different to stay! The hostel has the big outdoor movie screen as part of its attractive outdoor area and swimming pool, all adding to the relaxed friendly atmosphere. All the rooms are air conditioned, and there is a BBQ, internet access and tour desk.
In a very central location, you can easily explore all the sights of Alice Springs from the YHA. The hostel is close to shops, cafes and pubs. Base yourself here for exploring the Western McDonnell Ranges including Simpsons Gap and Glen Helen, or for trips to Ayers Rock. The hostel tour desk can help with bookings and there are lots of YHA member discounts.
