As a 7 minutes walking diatnace of hotel to the beach , it seems too be far for some people who come to Thailand the first time and expect for the good ,cheap place close to the beach but acutally there are many advantages of being what we are now ;
(1) Aonang beach geographically is not as long as other touristic beaches etc. patong, kata , karon (Phuket ) , Samui , Phangan beach or even phi phi beach. There is also one big main street passing between building and aonang beach. Moreover , most people go to railay by taking a long tail boat 10 mins from Aonang beach.
(2) Aonang Goodwill is situated at the center in a quieter area apart from noisy bars and shops.
(3) Good for your health or if you still feel tired, just take a local took took for 0.5$ to the beach
Aonang Goodwill is a small and run family hotel with 22 rooms furnished in tradition Thai style using handcrafted and carved wooden furniture and provide a calm and hospitable environment. The hotel is located in a quiet area of main Aonang Beach, one of the most popular streches of Krabi's mainland coast. 7 Minutes walk down past street vendors, food stalls and restaurants you will find the Aonang beach front. Here you will find the entertainment and shopping centre.
Aonang beach is also home to many authentic Thai massage clinics, tourist information centres, tm's and currency exchange counters.
