About Blue Horizon


The Blue Horizon Pub with approved accommodation has panoramic views of the Ocean. We are located about 7 miles form Kinsale near the Old Head.

You can leave your foot prints on the sand of our blue Flag beaches. You can walk the cliffs and watch the sun set in the west or rise over The Old Head Lighthouse at the dawn. Maybe just relax on the patio sipping wine or sit by the open fire at the bar tasting Irish hot whiskey. Bring your guitar and join local craic!

Rest in our spacious bedrooms by night and you can tour East & West Cork by day. Blarney, Cobh & Clonakilty are only a 30 minutes drive. Kinsale the gourmet capital of Ireland is 15 minutes away. Escape from 'the hustle and bustle' of life to this haven of rest.
