About Capital Hostel
The Capital hostel opened in 2007, and is located in the very centre of Budapest, in the middle of the most historical, cultural and entertaining life.
We reopened the hostel in November, 2009 with a new management and stuff, so please visit us and tell us your opinion about our innovation.
The hostel is on the Pest side, but you can reach (the nicest part of) Buda within a 10 minutes walk through the Chain Bridge, also you can find many sights around us, for example (Heroes square, Parliament, Saint Stephen's Basilica, Váci street, etc). Since we are in the downtown, there are a lot of restaurants, pubs, shops.
It is just the same for whatever reason you visit our city, we always provide you clean and comfortable rooms to stay in after your tiring days.
We appreciate the importance of cleanliness, therefore we clean the hostel each day.
We have 24 hours reception, our staff are always ready to help you with all the questions you may have. Furthermore our kitchen's well equipped, so you can even cook your own diner, we can also tell you where you can find the best ingredients, the freshest vegetables and meat :).

We have 4 rooms, 2 of 8 beds mixed dorm, 1 not private with 4 beds (2 single beds and 1 twin bed separately) and 1private room with 2 beds (1 twin), this room open from the 4 mixed dorm room.
A big choice of public transport is also near our location (all subways, buses, trams), for that very reason it's easy to approach us from every railway station, and if you arrive at the airport, we have airport transfer opportunity.
