At the beginning of the XX century this building was built, with beautiful architectural lines and that an elegant style neoclassicist possesses. Due to their tradition, it has become, with time, a symbol of Viña del Mar, passing to be part of the patrimony of the city. After a succession in the property of the construction, it was acquired, at the end of century, for their current owners, which have adapted it as the current HOTEL ROKAMAR.
To the original building, they have left incorporating improvements and new comforts, maintaining the original style of the construction, in order to giving a service every better time to the passengers that lodge in the hotel, being constituted in one of the most beautiful of the area.
