Very unpleasant! We were booked to arrive at 6pm and got there early, we were left waiting outside in the freezing cold for 20mins and nobody answered...

About Astley House
Astley House is a comfortable fourteen minutes walk from the Minster & York city centre with many historic attractions.
This small, friendly, family-run establishment provides quality accommodation with comfortably furnished rooms all with en-suite facilities, colour television & tea and coffee making facilities....and for an added touch of luxury there is a good choice of four poster bedrooms.
Astley House also has a private car park situated at the rear.

Please note latest check in is 7.30 pm, later check in will have to be arranged by phone or email.
Debit/credit card details are required to secure all reservations. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 12:00, 7 days before the date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged. The full amount of the total cost of the stay becomes due on the day of arrival and is payable before departure.
