About The Baba House
Located in the heart of historic Malacca City, The Baba House boutique hotel is traditionally designed based on the culture of Baba-Nyonya. The location of this hotel is within walking distance from renowned tourist attractions, shopping centre, antique shops and Jonker Street. It is only 10 minutes drive from Central Malacca Bus Station.
The Baba House Hotel was renovated from four units of longish residence with an interior that opens into a courtyard which allows sun and rain. Its design is typically from rich Chinese Baroque and Chinese Palladian Style house. Besides that, it also kept heavily embellished hardwood furniture, which is made from Chinese Victorian and Dutch design whereby showing cherry blossoms and birds can be seen on certain pieces. The newly renovated rooms and friendly service with all the right royal touches will ensure you a memorable stay.
