About Zhengjia International Youth Hostel
Zhengjia Hostel (郑家客栈）is one of the most important ancient construction buildups in the city. It is more than 200 years history, with compact framework, precise layout, symmetrical around, evident primary and secondary, Categorized to building masterwork of Qing dynasty, the wooden corridors and color painting. I.e.Four side close courtyard.
The hostel is a slap-up guesthouse. It was the most frequent get-together district for govemors, officials and commercial giants in Qing and Ming dynasty. There are many important scenic spots arround Zheng jia hostel. Such as ancient government office place is opposite to us.
There is both Western and chinese food. Many kinds of western-style foods for our guest (such as real Western food, Omelets Salad, Sandwiches, Pizza and much more). We provide local snacks which are very famous in Pingyao, such as PINGYAO BEEF......and you can understand Chinese food culture in our hostel.
We can offer many services what you need. Because we can speak good English..we will do our best AT YOUR SERVICE!

We offer free pick up service from station. So if you book a room in our hostel please let us know the number of your train and your arrival time before you come to Pingyao. We will arrange a car to take you to our hostel on time.
Our accommodation is mainly standard room. We have couple rooms, family suite rooms and deluxe twin and triple rooms. .

Notice for onward travel by train:
Pingyao is a very small, ancient town. Because of this, it is impossible to book hard or soft sleeper train tickets at the Pingyao Railway Station less than 10 days in advance in case you want to book tickets by yourself. Train tickets from Pingyao to other cities such as Xi'an, Beijing, and Shanghai must be booked from the nearest large city, Taiyuan. The Zheng jia hostel can help you booking your train tickets from Pingyao according to your choice.
