  1. Best bar in Singapore? We think so

    Yesterday a friend of Dave and Marie’s (my friends who live in Singapore) told them that the best bar in Singapore is 1-Altitude Bar. This is mainly thanks to the view. Last night we went there, and you know what? Their friend wasn’t lying.

    Located in the One Raffles Building, it affords those who enjoy ‘drinks with a view’ with unforgettable panoramas of this South-East Asian city. We were all gobsmacked when we got to the top.

    Entry is S$15 per person, which includes a drink. As a beer doesn’t cost far off $15 in many of Singapore’s bars, it’s actually quite good value. While it might not be the place to stay for the night, it’s certainly worth going for at least one.
