While Southern and Eastern Africa are much more famous for potential wildlife experiences, West Africa is largely overlooked. From primates to crocs, to forest and savannah elephants, there are plenty of animal experiences here in the region. One of the wonders of the world, the Angkor Wat temples in Cambodia are quite breathtaking in their surreal beauty. It's a place that's captivated my heart not once but three times now and I'm sure I'll be going back there again someday. With over 50 temples to explore, some hidden in forest, others standing majestically in open fields, there's a lot to take in here and you'll never fit it all in to one trip.
