There are three ‘hotspots’ here in Argentina – Buenos Aires, Patagonia and the Iguazu Falls. The great thing about the Iguazu Falls is that you can enjoy them twice...once on the Brazil side and again on the Argentinean side.
Today I visited the Brazilian side. This is traditionally seen as the visit that requires the least amount of time. There’s not that much to do apart from actually gaze at the falls (you’ll discover how this differs from the Argentinean side in my later posts).
It is also thought that it is from this side that you’ll get the better ‘panoramic’ shots of the waterfalls. I haven’t been to the other side yet but, as you can see from this photo, they have a lot to live up to.
In our hostelworld.com travel blog we bring you all the latest company news and information on new additions to the site including podcasts, videos and more. You'll also get inside information on a variety of destinations across the globe as they're visited by our travel editor and writers.
