  1. My last afternoon in Jo'burg

    So today was my last afternoon in Jo'burg. Thankfully, today was also the nicest day here weather-wise. Must've been a toasty 30C.

    My mate Steve from back home dropped over to Johannesburg Backpackers and we went for a spin. He recommended we go to Zoo Lake as it's nice on a Sunday when the weather is good. So that's exactly what we did.

    We went for a stroll around the lake and then for lunch in 'Moyo'. They're a chain throughout South Africa. It was nice and Steve was nice enough to treat me so thanks again ;-)

    Now I'm in Jo'burg airport waiting to board my flight back to the coldness of Dublin (via London). But before I do that I've got to make one more post.
