    The Hostelworld.com $50 Booking Guarantee

    When it comes to booking hostels on the internet, we’re the market leaders. As a result, we process millions of confirmed hostel reservations without any problem each year, so we’re confident that your reservation will be at the hostel when you arrive.

    We’re so confident in fact that in the extremely unlikely event that on arrival at the hostel you’re booking can’t be found, along with refunding you your full deposit, we’ll give you an extra US$50 credit which can be used towards deposits of future bookings.

    So what you do in that extremely unlikely event (and we mean extremely unlikely) that whoever is on the reception of the hostel can’t locate your booking? Simply visit the special booking guarantee page, click on ‘Make a Claim’ and fill out the form. Alternatively, you can just click on ‘make a claim’ in the previous sentence – we’ll leave that bit up to you.

    One other thing – no other hostel booking website guarantees customer reservations with the same, confident promise. Your booking is safe with us. If for some reason it’s not, you read right - we’ll credit your account US$50.
