Yesterday I returned to the Smithsonian American Art Gallery on F Street to meet Chris Geikel, press officer for Destination DC. I met him in the courtyard which is actually connected to the National Portrait Gallery which is part of the museum.
As there are so many landmarks here in Washington DC, you might not know where to start. So that’s what we spoke about – the landmarks and attractions in Washington DC. We started off with the most famous, a bright house with a president in it, and from there we moved on to others.
The podcast isn’t available right now of course, but it will be in due course. This will add to the 80+ podcasts we have right now, from everywhere from Amsterdam to Tokyo.
