Hi All, I have just completed a four week intensive Spanish course at AIL Madrid. I really got so much out of the course and wanted to share this with you; the teachers were all really motivating and encouraged us to participate, there were some really interesting cultural activities organised in the afternoon, the groups were small (between 3 and 6 in my group depending on the week) and the school was in a great location. I chose to stay with a host family. Ana the mother cooked great Spanish food, my room was clean and well equipped and I practiced so much Spanish with them especially at meal times. But I think what I liked most though was the friendly welcoming atmosphere. All the staff made time to ensure we did not have any problems at all, the students got on so well, we all went out together partying in the evenings.
