King Tut 37 Talaat Harb St. Cairo Egypt (Warning Do not Go There)
Submitted By: suheir @ 21:36 13th Jan 09
Hi, I would like to express my feelings toward one hostel that I had visited in Cairo, Egypt. Please be aware of the name of this hostel and the location. The name is (King Tut Hostel, located in Cairo, 37 Talat Harb Street). It is the worst hostel ever. Atef the manager does not like people and treat people with disrespect. He and his staff are weird and do not like to serve people well. It is not safe to stay there. Atef is an old horny man who stalks down women in the middle of the night to ask for sex of every guest. The maid service is very bad, also. Please be aware that towels are washed with cold water and are not sanitized. If you ask for a drink, please be aware that cups are not washed with soap. They are washed with water, only. The bed sheets and the pillow covers are not washed well, too. With the lack of care of healthy and sanitizing towels, cups, bed sheets, and pillow covers, this will expose you to any sexual disease or any infection.

Travel and Volunteer
Submitted By: Volunteer @ 19:39 9th Feb 06
Dear Travelers Kenya is one of the most popular destinations for Travelers and volunteers vacations. Volunteering abroad in Kenya in East Africa region is the experience of a lifetime as hundreds of visitors and volunteers travel there to work and make a real difference in the lives of local people. The Volunteer programs are organised by Touch-Humanity International Voluntary Services (THIVS)is a Kenyan-based non-profit organization which works to promote volunteering as a powerful force for change, both for those who volunteer and for the wider community. The goal is to work hard to alleviate human suffering socially, psychologically and economically through provision of life-support mechanism by promoting humanitarian values. This is done through exciting projects/workcamps programmes. Much emphasis is on community development schemes that directly help empower their economic powers and other initiatives that straighten their struggle to eradicate poverty. The volunteers work, stay and integrate with the community - thus offering them with a life-changing opportunity to share life, ideas, skills, energies and experience an enriching cultural diversity for the benefit of realistic development and promotion of international understanding. For more information about the programmes, time and how to participate after or before your wonderful safari/tour, I'm ready to assit you. For more information, kindly click: http://www.freetocharities.org.uk/thivs/ Thank you.
