South America - where to go?

Hi I am arriving in SA in Aug 09 for the last leg of my RTW (on Oneworld)- provisionally I'm looking at flying into Santiago then up to Lima across to Sao Paulo then to Buenos Aries before heading home Are the 4 countries a stretch for 3 months - I have been debating whether to include Brazil or not - I have not travelled in SA before - would Chile Peru Argentina give me a rounded SA experience...any thoughts much appreciated!

Hi I found this really cool web site where you can find hosts to do voluntary work on farms or in hostels etc. You work in exchange for food and board. It's kind of like wwoof? But I didn't save the address and no I can't find it? Can anyone help?

Help im going Rio in Sept, impulsive ticket buy as i was upset i didnt get a job abroad, everytime i get excited about it which is getting more often as iv just found a voluntereing oporunity that doesnt charge and will ave me! and all the sexy brazilian men, all the amazing postcard sights, the culture etc one of my mates or my mam either say il get mugged or killed, it upsets me cos i panicks loads when im by my self, im only ickle! i been away by my self b4 to athens, singapore and oz, but they are classed in travel guides 'safe' enough tourist places arent they. The worst secenario i see is that i will be mugged with no money, nothing, someone just tell me to shut up and enjoy fact i be in Rio in a couple of months. im quite sensible when im sober so i should be right shouldnt i? thanxs sandi xx

I suggest to you the next cities to travel in Peru Southern because you might visit several cities located in the same way to go to Cusco. LIMA... visit Lima, you might know the Main Square, the Cathedral, San Francisco Church Convent and Catacombs, The Ancient House of The Inquisition. The Crafts Stores, The National Museum of Antropology and Archaeology, Miraflores neighborhood, Peru´s Gold Museum. PISCO...Located 3 hours from Lima. Here, you might take a marine tour to know Ballestas Islands. You make look marine fauna and The Candelabro, is a drawing made in the sand of the Islands. PARACAS...Continue the way, you might visit The National Reserve of Paracas, You might look a rocky formation called “Cathedral” located in the shore of the sea. Also you might visit some beaches and The Site Museum Julio C. Tello. ICA...Located 1 hour from Paracas. You have opportunity to take a tour to know a wine route. Ica town is famous by his wine´s production. Around the town you might go to know Huacachina Lagoon where you can practice “sandboarding” on the dunes that exist around the lagoon. Also you can rent a “tubular”, a small car to drive on the dunes. NASCA...Located 2 hours from Ica you might take an air tour to Know Nasca Lines.
