I am going to study abroad this spring. My two affordable options are either Valdivia, Chile or Buenos Aires, Argentina. Both have such different things to offer. I was wondering if anyone had advice on what they think would be a good choice. I want to be able to have travel adventures, learn Spanish, and meet wonderful, kind people. Both of these places have a lot to offer, but I am so indecisive that I am having a hard time choosing. Any information would be so helpful. Thank you :)
