Trying to find an english guy named Erick

I stayed at Cat's Hostel (Madrid) between july 28th and august 2nd... on july 31st I met a british guy, his name was Erick... dark hair, very nice and funny. When I met him we were at the bar with other british guy, 2 british girls and an american (Jim).
Well, my only regret was I couldn't say goodbye... so, if you see this message, or someone who have known him see this, please let him know... I wanted to say goodbye, but I couldn't... I'm very sorry and I would like to keep in touch with you...
By the way... I'm Laura, from Chile...

RIP OFF - they cheat you out of money. First you are not told that your reservation deposit is non refundable - and of course - they do not post an email address, telephone number, or mailing address to contact anyone in the company.
Just thought you should know that I am reporting you to the International Better Business Bureau and I will also submit a formal complaint to the National Board of E-commerce International.
