A: Undoubtedly the scenery. Argyll is on Scotlands atlantic coast. It has plenty of opportunity for hillwalking, sailing, cycling and even some surfing.

A: Visit Oban, the most picturesque town in the area.

A: It is possible to eat out reasonably cheaply. Many pubs and bars serve good value food.

A: My favourite would be the Anchor Hotel in Tarbert, Loch Fyne

A: That all depends on how much you drink. You could come back with change from £20 and still have fun. Then again, you could spend £80 easily enough.

A: That's easy. The Corner House in Tarbert.
There are also several good bars in Campbeltown and Oban
