Auschwitz - A New Hope?

I was impressed by the numbers of people younger than me who were visiting Auschwitz. My Generation and subsequent generations did not have personal knowledge of the Holocaust nor of the enormous loss and suffring caused. The fact that so many visit to learn of this and feel the pain gives hope that it will never happen again.

  • Insider tip:Make your own way there, don't go on one of the organised trips, you won't get enough time, really do need longer.

This hostel is fantasic value for money

Like i said fantastic value for money they do your laundry for you for free the breakfast is fantastic (and free), the internet is lightning fast. Plus the rooms are clean and conmfortable, feels like a home from home too its got that personal touch what with the house like kitchen and the living room with the fluffy covers on the sofas

  • Insider tip:highly reccomended if you are in Krakow GO TO THIS HOSTEL!!, P.S Its directly opposite a fantastic nightclub, but the road is wide enough so you dont hear it when you sleep
