Adelaide is an under-appreciated town, it is funky, cool, artistic and small enough to be homely. If your lucky enough to be in town when Adelaide's fringe festival is on it is a must do!!!

Insider Tip:Hire a free bike from city bikes and explore the riverside botanical gardens and nearby beaches!!

Adelaide is not a fizzy or glamour city. It is working-oriented and focused on a family lifestyle. However, it is one of the most australian city, concerning its architecture and houses style, so that you can put yourself backwards and forwards in time!

Adelaide seems to be kind of a place to hang out befor you go on tours. Close to Kangaroo Island and the Barossa Valley it tends to be just an overnight stop. Has a few nice places, but it's not the place to hang arround longer
