Eating Out in Jeffreys Bay, South Africa

Jeffreys Bay Eating Out

As Jeffrey’s Bay is a seaside spot, you’ll find plenty of delicious fresh fish on the menus of most of the restaurants in town. Calamari is a particular favourite here, with plenty of places serving up large, delicious portions of this scrumptious squid.

If you’re looking for a great view with your meal, grab one of the outdoor tables at Café Kima close to Dolphin Beach. You’ll find a couple of other funky cafés along this stretch too, making it a good spot for lunch.

When it comes to dinnertime, you’ll find plenty of great places to eat along J-bay’s main drag, Da Gama Road. These include 3 Fat Fish, The Mexican and The Greek. If you’re looking for something to take away, check out Trawlers. Also located along Da Gama Road, it serves up delicious fish and chips, burgers, toasted sandwiches and plenty more.

Over in Marina Martinique, you’ll find Tapas which operates as both bar and restaurant. Serving up everything from steak to seafood, it’s one of the best spots to eat outside of the town centre.
