You must see Noosa, for many australians in Brisbane it's a traditional spot for the weekend. You could stay here for 1 night or 5. The natural backdrop of the beaches is stunning and you can find yourself many places to eat good food at and while away the time.

Insider Tip:Farmers market on a sunday and traditional Fish and Chips behind Sunshne beach in the little strip of restaurants.

Really great town lots going on, beautiful beach's and isolated bays if your willing to walk a bit further. Lots of stuff going on at night but generally a bit pricier than other towns on the Sunshine Coast. Well worth a visit.

Such a beautiful place, could easily spend a few days here exploring the national park, the costal walks we did were stunning. Gorgeous white sandy beaches and little coves perfect for chilling out and going for a dip when the weather permits! Try to spot dolphins and whales, they come in quite close for feeding and playing! Town is very small, quiet and laid back though, not much to do in the evenings!

    Noosa

Noosa was probably my favourite place that I visited on my Australia East Coast trip! I did a 3 day canoeing trip which was brillant and something I had never done before. I also visited Australia Zoo from Noosa and had a fantastic day there. I watched the sunrise from Noosa National Park which was spectactular and made even better when we saw a pod of dolphins! The beach is Noosa is lovely. It was never too busy and the waves were perfect for getting beyond the break and bobbing around at the other side

    New and commercial

Noosa is much of a muchness to many other places along the coast. Yes the beach is beautiful but so are many others. There really isn't a lot of things to do here expect lounge on the beach. The town seems brand new and is definitely built for the tourists which is good and bad. it has all the basics you require but no character or charm
