Though it doesn’t have a huge number of nightspots, Plett still boasts a number of cool bars where you can grab a beer, sip a cocktail or catch some live music. During the high season, the social scene here in Plett heats up thanks to the influx of large numbers of visitors.
Some of the bars to check out in Plett include Flashbacks and Cubar. If you want to watch the game, play some pool or drink a beer out on the balcony overlooking Main Street, then Flashbacks is the place to go. For those looking for reasonably priced cocktails, chic surroundings and a cool atmosphere, check out Cubar which is also on Main Street.
VIP, located in the town’s industrial area, is one of the main clubs in Plett. This multi-level bar boasts live DJs, bands and dance floors where you can party the night away.
For somewhere comfortable and welcoming with a great atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks, make sure you check out the Surf Café. Probably best-know for its top-notch food menu, Surf Café also serves up a mean drinks menu and it also often hosts live music.
