In my opinion, facilities need to be improved especially the beds. Also there are possibilites of improving cleanliness.

poor security - no door locks, no boxes with locks except this I was satisfied - I got what I expected to get

The lack of security for my friend and I, 2 young girls travelling alone was an issue. There were no lockers and no locks on the doors, which did not make us feel safe. The location is a fair way out of town not ideal for anyone wanting to go out at night in Bristol. The hostel may be improved as they are currently undergoing renovations. During our stay there was no bathroom on our floor. However the staff were friendly and helpful, the kitchen and free wifi were great.

Kind of musty, not too clean and far away from the center. However, the staff were helpful and they had a kitchen and laundry facilities. Wouldnt come back, but my stay there wasn't altogether bad.

I was staying there for two nights, can\'t complain. People there are very nice, and the shower and bathroom are pretty clean.

Nice place made some good friends here. They offer deals if you decide to stay longer and its clean and has everything you need. Free internet on their laptops was a lifesaver!

Short walk from the centre, very good staff and they had a movie room at night. I stayed in the Pod dorm, the beds are different, very quiet, private and comfy. A good hostel, I liked staying here.

Thought it was excellent. Staff were super helpful, and upgraded me to a better room for no extra charge because they had extra room. Large kitchen, which was very clean, and free tea and coffee, which was nice. Also, had laptops available for free use. A bit of a walk to the city, but not that bad. Overall, I enjoyed my short stay, and would definitely recommend it.

Clean, friendly and cheap. Free laptop use for internet was a bonus. Very helpful staff. The outside could do with a makeover (couldn't tell it was a hostel) but its a good hostel.

Booked here because it was the cheapest in Bristol, but was surprised at how good it was. Big kitchen, free computer time, comfortable beds and HOT showers. Staff were really helpful, I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and a very decent night's sleep.

D.I.R.T.Y. and INSECURE. No keys in the rooms. Anyone of the whole hostal have access to your room. The lockers for value things are pretty small and you can not use your own padlock.
