within 5 min walking distance of maiden's tower, shirvanshah palace, fountain square and the caspian shoreline, there could be no better location for our fun and happening hostel. use us as a homebase to explore the city, plan trips to the regions, or wait for those ever-elusive cross-caspian ferries.
while you're here we can give you advice on the sights and the nightlife, tips on travelling in the regions or taking the night train to tbilisi, and even secrets on how to actually book and catch the ferry to turkmenbashi (turkmenistan) or aktau (kazakhstan).
in a city where most accommodation is either totally decrepit or oriented towards decadent petrol-rats. (plus, as the only real hostel in azerbaijan), we are better than all of our competitiors by default.
