Our room (6b+7b on floor plan), our hosts & the hostel in general left us with very good feelings and experience. Homely place with good facilities. Marko and Jelena are real characters you can interact with, not just hostel staff; and they were most helpful and resourceful. The place is in a quite and safe area within short walking distance to most places and with public transport to pretty much anywhere and back. Thank you both again!

Great hostel! Its more like staying in a house than in a hostel. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. The staff (Marko) was helpful with suggestions for everything. It's located at a quiet and convenient place near Slavija Square. Very clean and the breakfast was really good!!! Definitely will stay there again if I go to Belgrade again.

Good place to stay in Belgrade. Location is very good since it is close to bus and tram stops. Marko is very nice and helpful, all the time trying to make your trip good, giving advice of what to do and how to get to best places.

Staff is excellent! Marco and Jelena make you feel like home. They always have good stuff to propose for every kind of tourist, offering you a real opportunity to explore Belgrade deeper.The rooms are big, sunny, nicely decorated and the parking gives to the hostel a real advantage. Very near the center and a main square where all basic public trasport pass. A highly recommended place to stay!

I had an excellent experience at the12 Monkey Hostel.The Hostel is located downtown Belgrade and it is just steps away from numerous ethnic restaurant, coffee shops, bars and most major attractions this city has to offer!The atmosphere at the Hostel is great as well, the staff is very friendly and resourceful making your stay as comfortable as it can be.Rooms are well furnished, bathrooms are clean and kitchen is fully stocked.Tasty European style breakfast was provided at no charge! Loved it!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel. The atmosphere is calm, nice and friendly. Rooms and facilities are all clean & tidy. The staff are VERY friendly and helpful in every situation and they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Hostel is located in heart of Belgrade so getting to and from restaurants, shopping and cultural centers was very easy. If I'm ever to return to Belgrade, I know I'll stay at the 12 Monkeys Hostel again.

For sure one of the best hostels I've ever been in my life. If you want to feel like your staying at one of your friend's house this is the place where to go. Marco, the owner of the hostel, is a really nice person and will give you all the tips to visit the city not just as a tourist but as you would be there with a local. EVERYTHING CLEAN, PERFECT ATMOSPHERE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had a fantastic time in Belgrade and my trip was 100% made up by staying at the 12 monkeys hostel. Definitely the best hostel I have ever visited. The owner Marko is a superb host and character who always goes the extra mile to make sure his guest have everything they need and are well informed during their stay in Belgrade. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was supplied in the morning at no extra cost. Will definitely come back here at some point
