Great not to have to worry about getting to the hostel from the bus station. Nice bathrooms, spacious dorms, really big kitchen, amazing breakfast. Sometimes the staff (and their friends/family?) outnumbered the guests in communal areas, which was a bit unusual, but they were all very friendly! Make sure you check out the amazing mural in the bbq area. I would recommend this hostel as a base for exploring the island, Castro is easily do-able as a day trip from Ancud.

I loved this hostel! Everything from the staff to the rooms to the location was perfect and I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also a great perk :)

I thought this a great little hostel in the perfect location... Right in front of the main bus terminal and only a short distance from the centre of town. It was clean, moder and spacious... One of the biggest and most modern kitchens that I have come across so far. The breakfast was fantastic, with eggs & cereal included. The staff were amazing; ever so friendly and helpful, really going out of their way. Felicitaciones Claudio!! I would definitely recoomend this hostel to others!

I don't like to give a 100% review, but I'm trying to find bad points for this hostel and I cannot. It is perfectly located, rooms are spacious, well lit, beds are huge & comfy, kitchen is good, staff is extremely nice. View from the terrace is great. Highly recommended.

excellent location, good facilities, great staff and perfect breakfast. it sounds to good to be true, i realize that but it really was a great hostel. only spend one night there but would definitely go back there anytime. Great experience and best breakfast i had so far, traveling for 3 months already in south America.

This hostel was fantastic, claudio really wants to take care of his guests. The breakfasts are amazing (i was shocked when asked if i wanted eggs) and all the facilities are very good. It's just across the street from the bus terminal, and tours are offered from nearby operators, but if you're lucky, Claudio might offer his own tour! Amazing staff, so friendly and a really fun hostel. Highly recommend. Thanks guys! Christina

My Girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were great, breakfast was the best we have had on travels, and the location from town was only a few blocks but most of all right next to the bus stop, so no lugging around the heavey backpacks.

Beautiful, brand-new hostel. Hangin' out with Claudio and Pancho and the other hostel guests, drinking wine and piscola really cannot be beat. Other hostels are going to be a real disappointment after this place.

Best hostel we have stayed in during 4 months in South America. Great breakfast, nice staff, all facilities required, hot and powerful showers, sunny terrace, very comfortable beds, a kitchen which is a pleasure to cook in, and plenty of communal space. Highly recommended if you are staying in Ancud, or even just passing through!

This place is brand new and absolutely amazing. It\'s a little pricy for a hostel, but much nicer than hotels I\'ve stayed at for a lot more money. The only thing I could suggest to improve facilities would be to provide towels. Claudio\'s seafood was delicious!

All new hostel, 3 months old . Right across the bus station so i didnt have to carry my backpacks for too long. Decoration is great, kitchen is super equipped and bright new off course like everything else in the hostel. Toilets and shower great. Claudio the owner is a great guy and kept us company sharing his sea food, his brother homemade beer and his pisco and vodka. Ancud is a very calm town so no noise at night. I watched a glorious sunrise from the balcony.
