13 Mt Wooden Sloop Guesthouse

Enjoy the beauties of Venice in an amazing wooden sailing boat docked in a private Island 15' far away from Piazza San Marco.

The boat has got 4 comfortable single berths where even babies can safely sleep protected by a net that prevents them from falling down; hi fi, electricity, internet connection, heating, galley with oven and fridge and a small but very nice library. If you wish you can have a shower in the Marina’s bathroom and use the Marina’s facilities (like restaurant and laundry).

The breakfast is in Italian style: milk, coffee, marmalade, bread and fruit; the galley can’t be used by the guests.
Breakfast time: from 7 am to 9 am; Continental breakfast on demand;.

Prices varies depending on the period and include clean sheets and blankets, heating, water-gas-electricity. Discout available: 10% for two or three nights, 20% four or more nights.
Early booking (one months minimun: 15%).
Internet access free wifi avaiable on marina's bar. on board it costs 2 eur per hours.
Two bycicles are avaiables for use on island.

The on boarding is at 5 pm and the check out is at 10 am (but can be revised in case of necessity).
When you're on board, the central part of the boat is exclusively for you. The bow cabin is reserved to the owner who has his private access.

If you wish the boat can be used also for sailing in the Venice Lagoon for daily or weekly charters (price list on board)
