The room was very dirty. The receptionist was unpolite. Bed cover was very dirty. There was only one bedlinen on the double bed and it was too small for it. There were not enough towels. It was discusting to stay there and we do not recommend it to anybody.

Dear Mervi, As the hostel manager I do apologize for the negative experience. We give out our best effort to give best possible accommodation services at a reasonable price range. It is regretful to read such reviews by a customer. Our bedlinen and towels come form the same laundry service provider as many big hotels in Tallinn. If there was a stain which was visible after washing and ironing, there is always a solution that we can replace laundry instantly, extra towels is also not a problem.

The best deal. Really appreciated the friendly staff, 24/7 open desk, sauna in the morning.

Good location very helpful stuff. I would recommend to stay there.

Good location. Room was nice but door didn't stay shut easily which was annoying at night. Nice place though.

Short haired blond receptionist was great, friendly and nice. The room (dorm), however, was very dark and not too clean, especially the bathroom.

I had stayed at 16 EUR hostel once before and had a lovely room with big open windows, heated bathroom floor and very modern. At 1pm told we can't check in till 2pm. Returned at 2pm. Room wasn't ready. 3pm. Not ready. 3:30pm finally it's ready. We end up being moved into the manky old building over the road. The room was tiny and dark. Windows were broken. Bed had springs coming out of them. Toilet wasn't fastened to the floor. Door had dents in it around the lock. Why?. Won't be returning again

We had a room with no windows...

This is a really nice hostel, excellent location, staff superfriendly and always willing to help you. The dormitory was very spacious, clean as well the toilet and shower, the only thing is due to the room does not have any windos it can gets hot inside, they put a fan running all the time to cool down the room and it can get noisy at night but nothing to worry about it at least for me. Kitchen small but with everything you might need. Fully recomend this place

water cannot be drained well inside the bath room

Hostel has two dormitories. One lockers too small, second no windows and felt stuffy otherwise OK. Place has its own sauna and is in a good location with a few nearby bars. The one i went to had some grotesque pictures inside that made me feel ill, otherwise can't complain. The hostel has a hotel feel in fact if not for dorms at good value price would say it was a hotel. Not all staff speak english well.
