Nice hostel in the Rottermanni area, located between the harbor and the old town. Rooms were really simple, but it is good value for money. The breakfast buffet (6eur) in the next door hotel was really good!

An excellent value of money. A simple and cheap breakfast would make the place perfect.

Lovely place to stay, very close to city center - 5 mins walking. Lovely people are on staff and lovely "stayers". the Hotel is more for people before 30 maybe, but we saw group of elder germans are staying in the room next to ours - they didn't look unhappy :) We took twin private room on the 3rd floor - really good one, we liked it Feel free to try 16euroHotel

The facilities, atmosphere and location are good and the staff are excellent. The only cause for concern is the honor rsystem regarding keys to the lockers. I would prefer lockers where you can secure your gear with your own padlock. Truth is you could request someone else\'s key and their stuff would be stolen. But other than that the place is well maintained and a stone\'s throw from the old town and in the center of the new town.

Very friendly staff. Good sized private bedrooms with under floor heating in the bathroom! .. Only downside was the hot water didn't last very long. Especially with 3 of us staying, one had to be sacrificed to a cold shower.

Even though you wouldn\'t want to touch the carpet floor with your bare feet, it was a nice atmosphere and good value for the money. And some of the rooms were nice, bright and clean. The kitchen were nasty, but you could make a cup of coffee and put your stuff in the refrigerator.

The hostel is very well-located in Rottermann district just next to the Old Town. All rooms have bathroom and toilet and even heated floor in the bathroom, the rooms are quite big with very little furniture. A big brawback is that the hostel is right next to a huge nightclub and if you stay there on Friday / Saturday night it's very difficult to sleep. Another minus is lots of drunk 'boys' who come to Tallinn for weekend clubbing, stay at the hostel and make a mess of it.

Relaxed atmosphere... Big plus from free sauna and pool! Can be a bot noisy because of the nightclubs nearby but that didn't bother me.

Normally I visit Tallinn so often and always I choose 16 Eur Hostel because it is a very nice place, close to the city centre, all the basic facilities are included, the staff is friendly and the price is very good as well. My last experience there was veeeery good because I was there with friends who came to visit Tallinn and all of them liked the hostel. The relation price/quality is ver good.

Average hostel located between the port and the old town. Dorm could do with a good clean and location is very noisey at night. Staff are helpful and there is good access to internet

Nice and clean. A good solution if you just want a place to stay. Not super cosy but not bad either.

Make sure that you dont get one of the so called "noisy rooms". The Nightclub with hard rock live bands playing until 7 o'clock in the morning (no kidding) is directly beneath the room and makes it more that impossible to sleep just for one minute. We struggled 3 horrible hours before we went complaining, because they before said they are fully booked and dont have any other room left. Then suddenly there was another room (couldnt be more silent) available for us! Anything else was okay.

Very close to the old town and easily accesable. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Room very basic (bathroom, bed, chair and a TV), but for a night or two in Tallinn it's a good choice and value for money. They do have a swimming pool and sauna free to guests at certain times in the morning.

Location, overall value for money and general ambience all excellent for what €16 purports to be. Some basic clothes storage accommodation - shelves and hanging racks - would make all the difference for those staying several nights.
