Nice enough place, but very far out of town & shuttle bus is not regular enough. Very basis kitchen - impossible to cook a decent meal. Internet wasn't working while I was there. Very very cold at night in the rooms & uncomfortable beds. All in all not one I would recommend to a friend!

Great Location and friendly staff but you can not lock the room doors because there are no keys - more toiletts would be great. Party hostel.

Internet didnt work making us unable to book our greyhound meaning we had to hitch hike north. Fan didnt work in bedroom asked to move rooms or get a new fan and was given some sob story by the manager about how everthings breaking and how she had to work on her birthday?! Toilets were disgusting, no locks on any of the rooms, paid $33 for "deluxe double" which was a room with a double bed seperated by a sliding door to the next room

Lovely place to stay, excellent homely feel and made us want to stay longer so we did. Breakfasts were a lovely touch as were the sausage sizzle nights. It is great that so many guests become staff but the staff on the whole could be a bit cliquey which could be off putting for guests.
