i booked a twin room but they offered me a double room. however, they are very sorry about that and offer me some food and free internet. also, the staffs is very helpful and the location is excellent.

The location is very good. But The staffs are not nice and they are not helpful. And this hotel is little expensive when comparing other hotels nearby and they have good service and breakfast buffet provided. I highly recommend not to choose this hotel if staying in Munich because there are many choices nearby.
