if you are looking for a clean and quiet place, this is it.

Despite a tour guide telling us to avoid the area we were staying in, we felt very safe and taken care of.

The staff was very helpful and professional. And for a hostel this clean and accessible, the price was great!

Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip but staff was very kind and proceed with my request without any problems

my room was kept very clean, which I appreciate most of all. I guess clean kitchen is out of the question but that doesn't only depend on hostel staff.

It's a good place.

Nice hostel, clean, friendly staff, with hot showers. I only had two small problems with the hostel. 1) because it is located so close to the tram, you hear it during the night and in the early morning while you are trying to sleep. The hostel does provide free ear plugs to deal with this issue. 2) the windows have very thin curtains that barely block out any light. If you are a person that requires complete darkness to sleep like I do, bring a sleep mask.

It is an excellent hostel, the people who work there are very friendly and willing to help. in general everything is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location is good, although it is a little far from the city center (30 min by sub) 2 Underground stations nearby. I had a great time but I only stayed one night. the only thing I did not like is that you only have internet for periods of 1 hour, is free, but you must request a new key after using it for one hour

The best hostel I have ever been to!

Had some problems with the booking, but apparently it was just some kind of misunderstanding. Everything was fine after calling them.

Clean and spaciouslacr. Feel like staying at a hotel. But the wifi system is not very friendly to me, I failed to login on facebook or download documents from dropbox, which was not a problem at other hostels. The kitchen could be better, add some characteristic to it so that it will be more confortable to cook and chat with travelers. BTW, they have nice bar.

A lovely, comfortable place, with exceptional staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Berlin. Great transport links too.

Our stay there was great, everything is clean and really organized. Only bad point is that the staff was not so helpful, a couple of times I asked about places to go, locations of some palaces in the folder... and they didn't know. More then once they opened Google to search for. In the end of my stay I knew more then they about the city. It was a really good stay, but the staff should study a little about the city.

It is a very clean hostel among the hostels i have ever seen and close the station and safe, staffs are friendly and warm, when thought the price it is realy WORTH.
