Disappointment abounds, unfortunately. The hostel itself is very modern, well designed, kept very clean and offers top-notch security features. The rooms are nice with comfy beds and en-suite bathrooms. However, the rooms facing the train station are noisy all day long, making it hard to sleep even with earplugs. I didn't like the location at all; It's a rather seedy area with nothing of interest and it takes some 30 minutes to get to the main sights. Moreover, the hostel totally lacks a vibe.

You can see the hostel from the metro stop. It's literally right beside the metro. Very convenient, however terribly loud when you are trying to sleep or stay sleeping in the wee hours of the morning! Great value for money, nice accomodation.

Very nice bathroom, very clean and no cracks or broken items. The only thing that could be better in our point of view, were the curtains. These were more like veils, almost see-through. A bit more light reducing would be very nice....but on the other hand, this could also be a way of preventing people to sleep in too long!

was an ok place to stay. right next to the ring line which was both good and bad. good for easy travell but bad cos it was noisey with the room overlooking the tracks. wifi was not great. like most german hostels you pay fo all the Little things.

Perfectly functioning hostel, clean rooms, good security and friendly staff, however there is such a thing as being to close to a S-Bahn station and the hostel definitely was, no real sleep for the 5 night stay due to the noise even with ear plugs. Also the area around the Hostel is extremely sketchy and even though it seemed like good value for money you had to get the S-Bahn every day to get anywhere.

Own shower in rooms which was nice, everything was ok however there was little atmosphere and too far away from central

Nice, spacious and clean. Not central but easily accessible through transports. Next to a train station so ear plugs are mandatory.

This place was one of the best hostels I have stated at throughout my month trip. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and extremely polite. The room had comfy beds and secure lockers. The location is perfect in terms of finding it but the street can seem a little seedy if you arrive late at night. I would reccommend this hostel to anyone, whether backpacking or not!

I was very impressed by the Hotel and its management. They are very friendly and hospitable. I could nag about the WiFi policy(free for 12 hours and pay for more) but I guess it is reasonable in Germany. The hotel is very clean and extremely secure. Would definitely recommend this place. Not sure about the prices though was there for just a weekend!!..Enjoy Berlin

The breakfast isn't worth the five Euro (just buy some food at the grocery stores in the area and use the kitchen downstairs) and the shower is a bit cramped for a 6ft+ guy (kept hitting the shower knob causing the water to jump between extremes of hot and cold), the hostel is an amazing value. It's right by the metro, making it easy to get around. The staff was helpful, but Diana Jesse was the best. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to be a genuinely nice person. Thanks Diana!

Easy to find from the S Bahn. Location was the best out of the hostels I researched. The accommodations were decent However, the internet was spotty at best. Decently clean. Self-serve kitchen was good. Lots of room in the fridge.

The hostel had really good facilities and was very clean. They also provided 3 towels per person, shower gel and hand wash, which I thought was really good. The shower itself was good, warm-hot water and strong flow. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they helped me get to the main station on the next day. The room itself is fine, but the beds were single small beds, if you're a big person and move a lot, you might end up on the floor. BTW, the plugs are behind the beds.

Most of the facilities were amazing, however the self use kitchen left much to be desired. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any and all questions one might have about the town and things to do. I loved the luggage lockers in the rooms that was very handy.
