satisfied with almost everything. the lobby and the common room is really cool, nicely decorated and makes you feel at home. free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the morning. common room is big enough for hanging out after the cold weather outside. staff is really helpful but at peak hour you definitely need more people to avoid the wait. room are OK, not too crowded. Toilet and bathroom are clean. Only negative point : toilet and bathroom badly isolated & not at all heated!!!

Reception and the common area had frustrating opening hours, the staff were not particularly helpful (couldn't print boarding passes etc) and signs like 'no drinking games' and 'dont put too much paper in the toilet' just make the place seem restrictive.

It was a nice experience to stay in this hostel. I've booked an ensuite room with my girl friend. The location is very well. Walking distance to Grand Markt. The beds were clean and they gave clean sheets too. Staff was helpful and the atmosphere is nice. You can use the luggage room after checking out. Security was good with key cards both rooms and the hostel. If they gave breakfast too it would be perfect. And the rooms need lockers for a better stay. Anyways, the hostel is value for money.

A good hostel. I enjoyed my stay there. Close to the Grand Place and a short walk to banks and food. Also close to a pub that sells pints at 2 Euro. Big Lockers in the room. The kitchen has no oven, but they do have a microwave/convection oven. Free Wifi!

I think the hostel bookings made ​​more than its capacity. are building another hostel (totally incomplete) and the reception staff 2GO4 was driving everyone who was coming there, to that other place, saying that the location was better (and actually was). I got there, the door had no lock and the hostel there was no closet to lock my belongings.

It was a great stay and in a strategic location

One of the comfiest beds i have slept in since leaving home, the hostel is immaculate and centrally located. Only complaint would be the kitchen lockout from 1-4pm.

This hostel was very good, clean and friendly. The location is great, near the Grand Place and underground, and it's easy to walk to everywhere. The only downside is not having breakfast, but the market is close and you can buy and prepare there.

The hostel was really nice: good location, friendly atmosphere and great facilities including kitchen, linen, good heating and free internet. The problem was that they don´t respected the our booking conditions and give us a 6 bed dorm intead of a 4 bed one (at the same price ). That get me angry at first but I ought say our stay there was quite nice anyway.

Very nice hostel, great location in downtown brussels. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. It's just a pity that the lounge area closes from 1pm to 4pm and 11pm to 7am.

Just ok. Toilet in the ensuite was broken, kind of a lot of mold above the shower. Clean and kind of stylish, so that's nice. About a 10-15 minute walk from the things you want to see, I think there are closer hostels. But this one isn't bad.

The room smell bad

Staff is nice, There is a big common room with a small kitchel and enough place for people to sit and eat together. Good location, 2 stops away from Brussel central station and very easy to walk from the hostel to the things you want to see.

Good clean hostel, lacking a bit of atmosphere and charm. Staff very nice and helpful though and i would stay here again.

really good location, easy to find, near everything we wanted, and only a short walk to the metro. lots of fun, nice social area.

The hostel felt very safe and clean. The atmosphere could have been improved if the common room wasnt locked so early and for half the day which would have made it much easier to meet new people and enjoy ones self. Other then that i was very impressed.

Everything was nice. A breakfast included would be perfect. Actually for breakfast there is only some free coffee.

We were in a 4 bed ensuite room, while there was a shower, toilet and sink, the tiles were cracked and there was a constant ticking sound at night from the heating system which drove us all crazy. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water though which was a plus. If you have a big bag the lift is great and the staff will help with requests such as taxis and where things are. Not being able to use the common room past 11pm is a downside but overall a good stay.

I really liked 2GO4 hostel! The staff was very friendly and informative and the location is great...very close to the city centre and metro. The room I stayed in (4 bed dorm) was very clean, and it was nice having a private bathroom. The common area was a nice atmosphere and it was great they had 4 computers to use, no charge for internet! woo! There was coffee in the morning but it'd be nice if they offered a breakfast as well!
