It was a high quality hostel, quite expensive but a normal price for Brussels. Too bad the common closes at certain times (especially after 23.00). The shower is annoying, you get 5 secs of water and then you have to push again. The beds are spacious and comfortable. For the lockers in the room you need to bring a 'secure' padlock otherwise the locker won't close.

Bed is confortable, but no lockers in the hostel. And they close the public area at 23:00 till morning. The public area also closed at 13:00 for cleaning. It is very inconvenience.

Great hostel, the only thing is that they close the common area at 11, and there are not too much plugs in the rooms. But it was good and very clean.

Helpful and accommodating staff. Clean and well-kept. Excellent security with keycards and lockers. Very good location right near city center and metro. Not so great character / atmosphere - the common room was nice, but was already locked at midnight and no one seemed to hang out there, not great for meeting people. A bit pricey for what you get other than location. I would consider staying here with friends, but not as a place to meet people.

The hostel was clean enough and functional, and the common area was bright with the skylight and had lots of tables. Wifi in my room was pretty good. However, facilities were pretty basic. The toilet to people ratio is too low, and although there was a kitchen, it needs more dishes and silverware. Bunk beds were a bit wobbly. Very quiet location, but only a short walk away from everything. I liked key card access to the doors and rooms.

I didn't like this hostel the female staff were rude and didn't have a lot of local knowledge. There were rules everywhere and common room is locked at like 11.30? No bar. One toilet between three levels and it was grose, shower floor was slimy first night. Really just such an average hostel with a bad vibe.

The room and the beds are very large. It's so great that there is a lift in the hostel, we don't need to take our luggage through the stairs.

My room (205) was so small that I couldn't even open my luggage properly, but there was a bathroom inside. It was clean (very clean, indeed), silent. Elevators take too long to get the floor. Internet had some instability sometimes.

The reception staff were unhelpful. The room had bedbugs and I left covered in bites. There was one shared bathroom (mixed) with only one toilet that was only half the time clean. Other than that, security

I stayed one night in the 6-bed dorm. It was clean, and in good form. There was a relatively clean carpet (moquette) on the floor, and the bathroom was in the room. The hostel is clean, and the multilingual staff (at least the two people I met) were very professional and courteous. Good location, very close to the centre of Brussels. The hostel is also not too far from the red-light district (and not too near it either), and some people may or may not like that. Will definitely recommend.

Hostel was in a good location, close to grocery store and close to all major sites. Wi-Fi can only be described as not working ever. Very weak signal and really annoying code you had to type in. Rooms weren't to bad bathrooms big not enough toilets. Hostel was good enough to get by but don't expect greatness.

2go4 sleep and beeing outside nearly all time: ok. Not recomended 4 longer stays, as no home feeling at all. Just ridiculuos, that comunal areas and recepcion are closed 1pm to 4pm and from 11pm on : Feels like YHA 20 years ago. Such a big and good booked hostel should have 24 hrs staff (security !). From my room (103) just acces to two toilets (one of them a long way in the basement), but to 6 showers... :-S .Would give 20 % for management. But nothing will change as long it s that good booked

Staff not very friendly or helpful.

The room was clean and it is located on the Main Street, not far from the Nord train/bus station. Wifi was horrible, staff was nice, there is a good sized common room to meet other travellers and relax.

Good hostel, and I really appreciated how one of the owners took time to check me in early in the morning. Maybe there just wasn't the right amount of people; but everyone sort of kept to themselves. Had every thing you needed in a hostel, but it just didn't seem to click when I was there...oh well, I guess nothing lacking but nothing so great as well...
