So expensive! 4pm check in time is very late, we had to leave our stuff in that closet where anyone could have taken things, but we didn't really have a choice. Opening 2 hours earlier would make way more sense! And why is the lounge always closed? Never had the chance to use it. Also, they forgot to leave sheets on our beds, so I picked some up at the front desk, but one of them had poop stains on it! Altogether very dissatisfied for such an expensive place.

The common area closes at 11pm so it is kinda a hassle even if you just want a place to use your computer to plan for the next day. Also, a lot of stuff was under maintenance when we stayed there (e.g. the toilet on the 2nd floor did not have a working sink). And just as a side note, the bathroom in our room had a shower but not a toilet. In short, a decent place to stay at, but don't expect too much

Good beds, very clean rooms, but there was no Breakfast and no credit cards.

all in all a half decent hostel - the location isn't great (sort of a dodgy area) and it lacks character / atmosphere - for the price, you could do better. no big complaints, just expecting more for the price that you pay.

It was a great atmosphere. the staff was excellent. the rooms where small but neat and clean. My only "complaint" was that the lockers they had to offer were a bit small. (not big enough for a backpack).

Good hostel, nice staff, pretty good dorms and facilities, easy location to brussels sites and attractions...the only thing i didn't like was when the hostel is closed for cleaning in the middle of the day and the common room should be open 24 hours.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend it. I stayed in the 14 bed dorm... If you're staying here, DONT stay in the White Room. It's so dead and lacks character. The atmosphere is gloom. The first night, the window was broken so we were cold and woke up with sore throats. The bathroom is all the way downstairs (co-ed) and it smelled, didn't seem like it was cleaned often. I didn't see anyone interacting here.. I thought it was pricey for a 14 bed room. Staff seems uninterested

1. bathroom and showers on the floor not very clean 2. lock-out between 1pm and 4 pm not useful 3. overall it is ok because of the price, location, ans it is secure !

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel, although it was pretty expensive considering that there was no breakfast included that it's not Brussels, not, say, London. However, both the kitchen, the dormitories and the lounge area were very clean. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the atmosphere.

Nice hostel, common room closes early though. The dorm I was in was very hot, but other than that it was nice and clean.

not all the computers work and they have a time limit, but they are FREE. the staff were really nice, no drinking games though which is a bit strange. good location, brussels is an under rated place. bathrooms where nice and clean. beds where very cosy, free lockers (byo lock). Good security. you get kicked out of the common room for cleaning from 1-4 which is a pain. Big TV, good kitchen, great bars in the city. Close to supermarkets and underground. I would stay here again.

The wifi only can be accessed in the common area. The hostel is clean and make me feel comfortable.

The most common sign in the hostel was "out of order". In a private room we had a broken toilet and a sink so we had to use them 3 floors below. The shower was changing from hot to cold so we also used the one downstairs. There also was a damp odor in the room. Coffee machine in the lobby area was broken, fridge was totally stuffed (and rules don't allow any food or drinks in the room), 2 working PCs out of 4 in the lobby were always occupied. Too many disadvantages for such an avarage hostel.

Very unpleasant people work in this hostel. Too many restrictions: you can do NOTHING in this hostel and everywhere you see signs \"you break-you pay\" and that\'s very annoying. And that was the 1st hostel with no breakfast that I saw. Attention: this hostel doesn\'t accept cards! Cash only! And you have to wander around unknown city looking for ATM. Guy who works on reception is unhelpful and not nice at all. But the hostel is very clean and it has quite equipped and useful shower and toilet room

Despite barely staying one night, this was the nicest hostel I stayed in. The rooms and bathrooms were very large and everything was kept very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly and the amenities were great.

My stay in 2GO4 hostel was very convenient and I would recommend the hostel for sure !
