2GO4 was worst Hostel I've ever been. Facilities was not that bad, but problem is attitude of staff. When I went reception to check in, The guy in the reception almost threw me linens. It was REALLY OFFENSIVE. I don't want to recommend this hostel to anyone.

Great hostel, centrally located near both the city and the train station :) Rooms were fantastic and Common area was good. The only annoying thing is that you can't access the kitchen or common area between 1pm and 4pm or after 11pm which is frustrating because you can't make lunch for yourself if you've left your things in the kitchen.

I am surprised that this hostel was rated so low. Maybe I was in a good part of the hostel? Beds were cozy, rooms were clean, shower was hot. No lockers in my room, (some rooms do) the ones in the hall did not function with my lock set. The morning receptionist is rude and lazy, I had my heavy pack on ready to leave when I handed her my train ticket and asked her if she could tell me when the next one was. He response was "I don't know the time tables"... not "let me look that up for you."

If I travel again to Bruxelles I will chose this place again. We were very satisfied with the place. The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were cleaned thoroughly and the kitchen is well equipped (though somewhat small). There is no communal area apart from the canteen next to the kitchen but since we spent the best part of the days exploring the city, we didn't mind that at all.

"No drinking game" in the living room...the is a HOSTEL not a three stars hotel... Kitchen is smelly and one computer is not enough (especially as limited as it is and no possibility to use USB :/) nothing organised for travellers too, dont expect too much help from the frontdesk too. Have seen worse but definitely not the best, location is the good point of the place. Also major point, no lockers in rooms ...

I just stayed for one night but it was great! The wifi did almost not work at all, but except for that I don't have anything to complain about. I wanted to stay longer :)

The wifi wouldn't work properly if at all. The common area closes early. They're are to many silly rules (no drinking games). The area is poorly set up for socializing and meeting people. Someone was mugge right outside the front door. Staff was rude at one point. Uhh yeah it wa clean though haha

We really enjoyed our stay. We were staying as we were attending a concert in Forest National. Being new to Brussels we had not idea how to get there. The girl at reception was very nice and booked us a taxi to bring us to the venue. Overall, we were all very happy with our visit and will be back in March.

The showers were very small and unconfortable. The staff was nice, but the reception is open from 1 to 4 PM so i got there at 3.30 and had to wait for half an hour to check in just standing there on a corner! Some guests are very noisy and there should be signs that if it's 3AM they shouldn't be shouting... I had a nice stay because the city is amazing, and the hostel is well located, but not the best place to be.

This hostel was pretty good. I booked a 6 bedroom room, but ended up in a 4 bed with an ensuite, which was a bonus and there is a fully equipped kitchen and big common area with plenty of powerpoints. Some of the staff didn't speak great English though, so it was hard to communicate sometimes. There is no breakfast option though, but plenty of nearby options for brunch.

the showers were never hot which was a pain this time of year, but not bad in the end.

It had a very run-down appearance outside of the common room and our room's heater didn't work. Moreover, there were no lockers for our room. One of the beds was so close to the bathroom that no matter how carefully you opened the door, it banged against the metal frame really loudly. The entryway to the hostel was also confusing and crowded. Nonetheless, the beds were comfy and clean and the rooms had key-card access. NOTE: You can only pay in cash! There is also a deposit for the sheets!

It's a pity that the reception is not 24h, but it's an excellent hostel and very well located.

No breakfast options, which was fine because you should go get Belgian waffles anyway! VERY comfortable beds. Quiet rooms, even in the large mixed dorm. The staff is very friendly. After 23:00 they leave, but stayed for us when we arrived later than that. Free wifi in the rooms, and the common area is well-attended.

The hostel was nice and in a fantastic location, easy to find which is important. Except they are understaffed (waited 1hr to checkin) and some people caused a riot on one of the nights, vomiting through the corridors and toilets. Also, more toilets and showers are necessary. Despite this, it wasn't a bad experience - I enjoyed my time there (except the morning after the vomiting)
