Amazing hostel and very friendly staff. I would definitely stay again

Well kept, nice setup, quiet, and staff was helpful and extremely polite. Easy access to the city but don't look to party here. Definitely the type of place for those passing through Phuket. Laundry was extra but they fold it and place it on your bed when it's done.

The staff were lovely, we realised we left our wallet in the taxi when we arrived and the staff were right on the case! Even though we didn't get it back it was so nice that they were willing to help out so much! Thank you! Really good stay, near the weekend night market. They had pretty aprons !! 😀

Booked the female dorm, which was surprisingly small, but that was okay for one night. If, however, you're planning to stay longer than go for the mixed dorms, which seemed bigger (had a small peek into them). The owner/staff at the reception was really sweet and helpful! Organized me a driver to the airport at 6am and even came after me to hand me an umbrella. Didn't like Phuket Town itself that much, but the hostel is located across a mall and next to some small shops, which was quite nice.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was small but you have privacy due to curtains on each bed. You also get to use a pretty big safe. There's not much to see in Phuket Town but you can take the bus to Kata of Karon Beach for only 35 Baht, the station is like 10-15 minutes from the hostel, but they'll show you on the map.

We were only here to spend the night before heading to the islands, but were delighted with the nice design of the hostel, our room and the level of comfort. In the morning we told the staff where we were planning on going, and they rushed to make us an amazing espresso to go, and took us to the pier - as we had less than twenty minutes to catch the ferry!

Everything was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. Not much of an atmosphere here if you want to meet people, best thing to do is chill in the café below but the hostel wasn't very busy when I was there. Only real complain was the toilet paper took about 2 days to get replaced when it was empty even though the bins in the toilets were cleaned... slight over sight. Overall a good hostel, would stay again

The staff here were amazing. I felt at home here. It's in a little coffee shop which is the cutest thing ever with great coffee and tea and amazing breakfast. Rooms are tiny but cozy. The location is in Phuket Town so a bit of a distance from the beaches, but pretty close to the Big Buddha and amazing night weekend market.

The hostel was absolutely fine, one thing is in the twin room the top bunk was difficult to get into, and with no bar or ledge it is slghtly dangerous.

The blanket was too small to share between two people and we had a hard time getting enough towels for our whole group. Other than that we had a good experience.

The place was located in Pkt city, convinient to shop or eat, but quite away from the beaches. If you are looking for a cozy trendy place it's a good option. Staff were helpful and hospitality was well expressed. Only flawn is no hot shower. Food and coffee was nice, in Thai portion...The owner even hosts brunch party.

The staff was incredible ! Nice quiet place. Near multiple great night markets. Hostel is above their coffee shop so it was nice to roll out of bed and have a cup of coffee.

We informed the staff that our flight would arrive late and by the time we get there, no one answered the door. We stayed on the street for 40 minutes. The neighbor got there and helped us. Eventually we could get in and have some sleep

Dear Guest, We apologise for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Your expected arrival time was informed at 23:00 so we had the staff on duty waiting for you. Our safety policy is to secure and lock the door after 22:30 guests will have the code to get in. Our staff was waiting until midnight and after that we had a man stand by waiting for you.We are truly sorry if the staff kept you waiting in a long time since he might be checking things in the building at that time. Regards May

Meh. Nothing special. No atmosphere, crummy part of town, reception person spoke no English, and it's much farther from the ferry port to the islands than it seems. We thought we could walk there, but it was a good 10 min ride. Some things were clean (though I found a couple long hairs in my bed), good AC and the facilities were good. Other than that, just an OK experience.

Thank you for your stay John ! We apologise for the communication skill of our staffs since they are still trying to learn at the moment. But our objective is to serve the guests with our hearts. Phuket town itself is not much excitement but just chilling and layback. We recommend you take day trips like islands hopping, canoeing at James Bond Islands, sight seeing around Phuket island and back to chill at the hostel enjoy the homemade foods & drinks or explore the best local food of the area
