Located in a central location close to markets, transport and shops. The staff are lovely and helpful, the hostel is nice and clean.

Really nice place, super clean and the staff are lovely and so helpful. Good location in Phuket town, a lot quieter than places like patong but very easy to get the bus over. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great stay at 2W Cafe & Hostel! Was clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and helpful - definitely worth the price. The rooms were a little small...but apart from that everything was good.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Location was good as well. Did see some small ants running around the room and on my bed, but that wasn't a big issue.

Didn't expect anything when i got here, but the place is perfect if you're just staying in Phuket for one night. Staff is great, very helpful and friendly! The rooms are very clean and bathroom is good aswell. The Wi-fi works in your rooms and it's free.

The room was smaller than expected, and there were no windows. But, the staff and rest of the hostel made up for that. The staff is wonderful, and the owner is extremely helpful and nice. The cafe menu is small, but very good. It's very clean and a nice place to come back to at the end of the day.

2W is a really nice little hostel with really friendly staff. The room didn't feel that secure, with a balcony that could be climbed into from either of the next-door houses, and no safe in the room. But we stayed for a few days with no problems, so its probably secure enough! It's a convenient location with plenty of shops nearby and close to the local bus-stop. Taxis around Phuket are really expensive, so get the buses if you don't ride a scooter, it'll save you a fortune

The room was small but adequate with locked drawers and clean sheets. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well functioning. The AC quickly cooled off the small room. We could never get the WiFi to work which was a bit frustrating and then when we were trying to leave in the morning, we had to wait 20 minutes before someone showed up that could speak english and get us our deposit back for our key. Had we not been in a hurry to catch a ferry it probably wouldn't have been so frustrating.

Conveiniently located if you're going to one of the other islands. Thirty minutes from the nearest beach though and there's not much to do in Phuket Town. If you're wanting to be near the water, don't stay in town. But if you want to be in the town then this is a great place to stay.

Clean, cool and calm this place is a real pleasure to stay in. The decor is simple, clever and breezy and gives a really welcoming impression. The rooms, as others have said, are quite on the small side, but it really isn't too much of an issue and it is more than made up for by the relaxed air in the rest of the hostel. The real strength of the place though is the staff. The team are such kind and considerate people and are happy to oblige in anyway to help you really enjoy your time. Great!

Great value hostel for the $. A couple small complaints - we had dirty towels folded in our room, but they were changed out once we told the staff of the mistake (probably doesn't happen often). Also - I was relying on the hair dryers at hotels, and they did not have them available here like the page says.

Very friendly welcoming staff. First I stayed in female dorm then moved to mixed. Both nice rooms and not noisy. Beds also had a draw with a lock. Helpfull with advice on where to go and things to see. Would definitely go back!

I think they deserve five stars. I love the fact that the hostel is new and atmosphere is very pleasing. The staff is friendly and helpful even though English can be a problem at times. It took me a while to get used to the smaller rooms but they have great common area, that's where I hung out for the most part. I saw other guests making good use of the TV area. Just talk to May (Manager) if something doesn't get addressed, he's fluent in English and always ready to help. Thanks 2W.
