My review isnn't for the 320 Times Square Hostel, because they send me a e-mail one month before my arrival that the hostel has been closed, and we have been moved to another hostel, the Times Square International. Very nice hostel. We just had trouble contacting the hostel once we were in NYC. I asked them to assist us with direction etc, but they were unable to communicate with us. Nice hostel though, situated right in the centre of everything, you will not go wrong by choosing this hostel. I will recommend it. The room was also smaller than what we expected. Very nice hostel. They relocated to a new space, the layout is super awkward - the only sink for brushing teeth, washing face etc is actually in the reception area, same with the door to the shower - which locks poorly and though it was locked, staff were able to walk in while I was showering, in view of the reception desk. I think the hostel was great for a citytrip like we did. The rooms are smal but clean and the location couldn't be better!! The staff was very helpfull and the price is very low in comparison to a normal hotel!! we had a wonderfull time and we would stay there againI think the hostel was great for a citytrip like we did.
