The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hostel had a very warm, welcoming feel to it. They made us feel right at home. The layout is also great because you have the opportunity to meet a lot of people since there is a lounging area with couches, computer area, and kitchen. It's easy to interact with others on your floor and make friends. The fact that there are more than enough computers, showers, and bathrooms for everyone was super! It's the 4th hostel I've stayed in and was the best

fabulous location, just a few steps from the Puerta del Sol, in the very heart of historical centre.... all in the hostel very clean, and the staff friendly. Excellent also the lounge area! if I go back to Madrid I will surely try to come back to this hostel!

Had a lot of fun here. It is quiet when it needs to be, and always the opportunity to party. Really happy with this hostel!

To be honest, there is a better hostel I have stayed in the same city lower prices, more facilities, ensuite dorm, cleaner environment, free luggage locker, and more spacious common room. Therefore I can't provide a perfect rate for this hostel.

great location, really in the city center. just a black mark that the common spaces are really close to the rooms and there is a bit of noice in the night.

Really nice place to stay. You get to meet a lot of other travellers. There is a nice kitchen, good (free) internet access, relaxing sofa's and friendly and helpful staff. And all in the middle of the city centre. I'm really glad we stayed here during our vacation.

As we planned our trip to Madrid, we could have chosen other, cheaper hostels. But as we have seen the rating of 94% out of 1000+, we gave it a try. TOTALLY worth it! Me and my mate have been to a lot of hostels (new zealand, australia, asia, europe etc.), so our opinion is based on true experience. The location is absolutely super, the staff is cool, the bathrooms etc are clean as you'd wish. IF there was anything to complain; too little sockets in the dorms as well as bedside lights.

Thanks for being so welcoming. Had a great time at your hostel and would definitely recommend it to others. Hopefully will be back someday. Only problem I had was with the shower, which went from temperate/warm to scolding hot. Like burning hot out of no where. Other than that, all great reviews from me. Thanks for showing me such a great time in Madrid!!!

The best thing about this hostel was the warm welcome, unlike any other hostel in Spain.. Such a pleasant change. Really great for travelling alone - it just had that friendly atmosphere and everyone was great company. If you are travelling alone this is the hostel for you.

Awesome staff, perfect location, cosy beds in spaceous rooms, great free paella and tapas. Reason for no 100% is because locks on lockers and showers need fixing, as well as hot/cold water! But seriously that's just nitpicking, best hostel I ever stayed in. O, remember to bring earplugs.
