Nice and funny staff. The tapas tour was nice (good food for a good price). The clubs they bring you to are in my opinion to mainstream and expensive. Perfect location.

The hostel had a great atmosphere with a lot of fun activities to introduce the guests to the city of Madrid. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

really enjoy the time at 360. I have found the best location in town and the friendly staffs i ever met. The music is great but sometimes the people will have party untill 1am. If you are not looking for a silent one, 360 will be your best choice.

This hostel had all the components to be a great hostel but for some reason it didn't quite get there... Guests seemed to stay in groups and do their own thing, and although there were night activities the staff didn't pump people up about them and not many people attended (we were the only 2 people from our hostel on a Sat night pub crawl!). The hostel has the best location but is lacking in atmosphere... I wouldn't want to be travelling here alone...

An amazing experiecne at 360 centro, the staff are experts on the city and really want the guests to have the best experience they can in Madrid. The rooms are a little small to cram 10-12 people in each with no room to store backpacks or luggage, so navigating the obstacle course late at night can be tricky. The location is perfect! everything you want to see is not far to walk to and the metro is almost at the door step.

4 bathrooms and 4 showers for an entire floor of people (maybe 60 people or more) was tough. Not the best hostel I've been to for encouraging or facilitating the social aspect of hostels either.

Really social hostel, very easy to meet lots of new people. Their pub crawls and the walking tour they recommended were great. Kitchen and bathrooms on each floor so we didnt have to wait to use these facilities. Free churros for breakfast. Great location, the supermarket and Sol metro station are 2mins away.

Location is really good. Showers and bathrooms were not clean... And the rooms are right next to the front door and reception, which means its loud. I wouldn't stay here again.

If you are looking for a central location this hostel is ideal. However the hinge on our 6 bed dorm was weak and the room had no lockers. The guys that run the place during the day are fantastic but the girls at night let the place down. We weren't allowed to eat crisps and drink water in the kitchen area at 3am. Also the evening tours were a con. They take you to 2nd rate nightclubs at 10am because they have a deal with the owners, when really they should be leading us to the city's best places

360 centro was so much fun. A great atmosphere and really helpful staff. We went out with the staff every night we were there and they always showed us a great time. Location was perfect too. Would/am definitely staying there again!

I stayed here multiple times during my stay in Spain, and came back because I knew it was a hostel I could trust with a friendly and very helpful staff (thanks Federico and Mark!), an easy-to-reach location in the heart of things (and even working internet!). Great place to stay while you explore Madrid or just pass through.

Good place to stay but lacks a social seen. It is split in two levels so it is a bit harder to interact with people. Don't bother with the pub-crawl, they use a large company for all their tours and it takes a lot of the fun out of it. They take you to american bars where the only Spanish people there are working. The kitchen is poorly stocked but the location is really good.

So if you are looking to meet some people, go out partying, and have an awesome time then this place is great. It's a pretty great location that is conveniently located pretty close to cool bars and its also really close to the metro. Also, the staff are all awesome and super friendly and available to help you always. Overall this was a pretty great hostel experience...it's really social but not exactly a "party" hostel either...unless you want it to be of course!

This was my first hostel experience and it will be hard to beat! The staff was sooo amazing and were like travel agents recommending what to see and do! First night there a pub crawl was organized and on the 2nd night the staff made awesome paella for everyone as the travellers got to chat over great food and drinks :) Location is unbeatable as it's a few minutes from all the action in Sol. Loved it so much I went back 2 weeks later for another night and had an equally awesome time!!

By far the best hostel I have ever stayed at. Impeccably clean, spectacularly well staffed, very inexpensive. Friendly patrons, a beautiful, welcoming and open space. It was unreal
