Literally everything about this place was incredible. The rooms were clean, the lockers were great, and everyone was so lovely. The staff ('specially Mark) were wonderful and Mark cooked us a piella on the night we were there, it was brilliant. I met so many amazing people in the hostel and want to go back to Madrid just to stay at that hostel again. Stay there, hundred percent.

Great hostel, great staff & great atmosphere. Mark, one of the staff, welcomed us very well and we had a great paella night with a pub crawl after :)

It is a really nice place to stay, although the facilities could be improved. It might get a bit cold in Winter.

We stayed to the 360 Hostel Centro for 4 nights, in a 10 shared room. The location is incredible! the staff too, the guys in the reception were helpful and friendly (all three)! we had no problem with noise or something like that. *if you have luggage you should know that there is no lift!

Staff were lovely, shout out to Anna! The place is basically right in the heart of Madrid. It was more relaxed then other youth hostels but if you needed a bar, there are street filled with them a minutes walk away. It was clean and there were free churros for breakfast! I really enjoyed staying at this hostel, would definitely return if I am ever in Madrid.

Absolutely loved my stay here! Secure, central, free WiFi, chocolate & churros for breakfast and the loveliest staff you could hope for. Such a nice atmosphere.

Hostel has a very party-ish environment, so be aware of this if you're not looking for a place with a lot of people and music pumping throughout the day. The building is secure with a key code and and it is located right in the middle of Madrid; a convenient walking distance from most attractions. Showers are quite good however internet access (wifi) in the rooms is poor (if your bed isn't straight behind the router in the other room then the signal is very causing slow loading and dropouts)

This is my second stay at the hostel in the last two months and I continued to be impressed by their services. Staff were again friendly and helpful. It was clean, safe and comfortable. What more can you ask for? Pluses were an abundance of powerpoints in the roooms, free tea, coffee, and churros for breakfast as well as wifi and computers for use. A good place to meet people as well I would reccomend this hostel to anyone
