Best hostel in spain. They had everything you could need, it was in a perfect location right by Sol, a really popular metro stop and it really was awesome for meeting people! The staff was so friendly especially Augustine, who was always around and helpful. I completely recommend it! :)

Overall it's a great hostel. Awesome location right off of Plaza del Sol. It is good if you are traveling alone because there is always a group to hang with. However the social climate gets very noisy at night. If you are looking for a quiet hostel, this is not the one. Showers were sub par. Staff is friendly and helpful though.

had a great stay. i signed up for a spot in a 2 bedroom all female dorm, and no one stayed in the other bed the whole time i was there, so it was like having my own room! the staff was very nice and did a pub crawl... they helped with my bags, too and gave lots of tips on where to go in madrid. the location was excellent, close to the plaza mayor. could meet people in common areas & kitchen. they did my laundry for free and had it back within a few hours! amazing! also, churros con chocolate! :)

The staff was amazing! Really great at getting people together and gave great suggestions and directions. I will definitely stay here again, without a doubt. It´s less than five minutes from Sol and two minutes from Callao and Gran Via, fantastic location. It´s in a really touristy area which is good and bad for people. For what we were looking for, it was perfect! We wanted to be close to all of the sites because we only had a couple days.

Great hostel!! Fantastic location (2 mins walk from Puerta del Sol), really felt like a home. Comfy communal areas with sofas, TV, bookshelf, large kitchen areas and lots of computers for general use. Wifi everywhere. The place was spotlessly clean. Hosts were great fun, very helpful and just all round good guys, good for a laugh and a wealth of information about Madrid and how to spend your time. Would def stay here again!

Very excellent staff. Super friendly and talkative people. The internet is top-notch (torrenting at almost 2 mbps). Quiet hours begin at 10pm so it is excellent for weary travelers at night. The bathrooms and facilities were cleaned regularly and everything was great. One drawback is it can get cold at night in the hallways, as the staff don't close the windows for some reason. Would recommend this hostel.

A great hostel in the middle of Madrid with friendly staff and different activities on every night. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and good common area with a good and functioning kitchen, computers and wifi and plenty of clean, functioning showers and toilets. Really nice place, would definitely recommend.

I think they need a better sign on the door (we couldn't find it at all) but once you're inside it's one of the best hostels you'll ever stay at. The staff was super friendly, the paint was bright and welcoming , and the bathrooms were clean and well kept. AND THERE WERE CHURROS FOR BREAKFAST!!!!

I liked the hostels atmosphere and it is easy to meet people, because the kitchen and the living room are giving you a great vibe. The staff is really nice and helpful and if you have the time, drink a beer with them! They organize a lot of things in the city, so if you haven't any clue what to do in Madrid (very unlikely, but happens some times), just follow their lead. Security is very good, the main door has a security number, you have lockers and room keys.

This place is located right in between Sol and Callao, you can't get more central than this. The security is excellent (very necessary considering how many people pass by the front door each day). Overall it's a very well run hostel in a very convenient location.

Great hostel with great staff! As soon as you check in they give you a map and go over all the major attractions and museums and tell you what days and hours they're free. Its a very social hostel so it's easy to meet people, but the staff makes sure that it stays quiet late at night so everyone can get some sleep. They also offer a lot of activities, all of which were great! There's no hidden charges, and they even give you a free padlock and let you use their blow dryer for no charge.

the hostel is pretty and clean. if you like the multicultural atmosphere it's perfect, and the position is excellent. i only put poor in facilities because the photos in this site are nothing like the real hostel, and this is a pity.

Great hostel, great staff & great atmosphere. Mark, one of the staff, welcomed us very well and we had a great paella night with a pub crawl after :)

Literally everything about this place was incredible. The rooms were clean, the lockers were great, and everyone was so lovely. The staff ('specially Mark) were wonderful and Mark cooked us a piella on the night we were there, it was brilliant. I met so many amazing people in the hostel and want to go back to Madrid just to stay at that hostel again. Stay there, hundred percent.
