Pretty average hostel, the bathroom was really dirty and they didn't have toilet paper. There was a power out and no one had any idea of when it was going to be fixed, they didn't have candles either so we almost had leave luckily it came back on just as we were about to check out. Really noisy as well but the redeeming factor of this hostel was the staff they were really friendly and understanding

Very nice and cosy place to stay, I like the one big table in the kitchen, good for get to know each other.

They need to fix the lock on the front door, otherwise the staff will tell you not to break down the door. The staff also need to refrain from playing loud music after 11pm because there are rooms right next to the speakers. If you stay on rooms on the main floor, you'll have to walk past reception to go to the bathroom.

I loved staying at this hostel! The community aspect within the hostel was great and I loved how the hostel worker got a card game going and made us some sangria! She also personally showed us around the city at night when we wanted to go out for tapas and her going out of her way for us to have an enjoyable experience was really sweet.

Overall I really liked the place. It was well located, close enough to walk to city center as well as other parts of Madrid. There were some sketchy-looking bars and clubs along the same street tho. It was a little difficult to find-there is no sign other than the address number and on the call button, a small hand-scribbled piece of paper that said 360 Hostel. Other than that, they thoroughly provided everything you needed at the hostel and the staff seemed friendly and helpful.

This is one of my favorite hostels I have ever stayed at. The location is the absolute best for nightlife and easy to travel to other parts of the city by Metro. If you are an early riser, it may not be the best for you, but when in Spain, do as the Spanish do and party all night long!

Located close to two metro stops, but long walking distance from most of the sights. Safe neigborhood with lots of places to eat. Staff would provide for 1 euro per person for a simple meal just about every night. Male and female bathrooms were on different floors and walls were thin so late arrivals and people who stayed up late could be heard. Staff was helpful for bookings and information, they insisted on being paid cash even though there website says credit cards accepted. Rate it 6 of 10.

1ST BAD REVIEW EVERThe 1 shining ray during out stay at 360 was Bernadette the 1 member of staff capable of making conversation n knowing how to smile! If u want a place where you can meet all the other staff members drunk friends then hang around reception after 12 or better still wake up to find them on the reception sofas or floor! Note to hostel...Must be quiet after 11 should apply to staff as well.. If u have the tendency to smoke green then find a better place than outside the main door!

The hostel was extremely noisy at night. Although you expect some noise from a hostel this was above what could be considered acceptable with music and shouting in the reception area ( next to our room) until midnight and often again after. The breakfast was extremely poor quality and the male showers were not very clean. Apart from this the kitchen was well equipped and some of the staff very friendly and keen to give advice.

Someone should inform hostel world that their hostel location posted closed down. My friend and I had to walk 30 mins to their second hostel. We stayed here for 3 nights. My friend and one of the girls in our room got BEDBITES! It was horrific! Other than that, They had good wifi and good utilities.

The staff was amazing and we had a really great time. The only problem was that sometimes we didn't have hot water on the showers. Another thing was that one WRONG information provided by one of the staff members made us miss our train from Madrid to Barcelona and that caused us a big headache. We ended up paying more for another ticket that took us an entire day of trip and we lost a day in Barcelona. So my tip is: Double check the information given by the staff!

I have nothing to complain about!

Pros: good location, well equipped kitchen, breakfast included, free wi-fi Cons: claustrophobic room (twin bed), bathroom on other floor than the room

Pros: -Helpful staffs, Betty gave us a debriefing and map of the city upon arrival -Clean, orderly places, with plentiful computer terminals for those who don't carry laptops / smart phones Cons: -the spaces were organized odd, most rooms are separated from the amenities and requires walking pass the receptionist if you want to do anything but sleep. -the woman's communal shower room are curtained stalls and a short semi-transpare screen between you and a potentially opened door
