I have quite a controversional experience. The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect for going out, but the windows are facing a noisy street and also every noise from the reception (which is also a common room) turns into the noise in your room. The windows were not germetic, so there was some wind coming from them. The bed was wobbly and creaky. Generally, a very nice place to stay if your plan is to go out, but I don't recommend it for longer stays or for lightsleepers.

The staff here are without a doubt the most helpful hostel staff I have ever met. They make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the door. I don't like returning to the same places again... But I have already been back to 360... And I will again! Highly recommended!

The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The dinners were great....especially the paella. It was great being able to meet other travellers in a friendly and inviting hostel. Thanks so very much.

Location of the hostel is great . Couple of blocks from metro. Staff was very helpful and friendly . One negative thing was the room was really small . Which most of te big city hostel would have small room. Other then that enjoy madrid

We had a nice three night stay in here in a private double. The location is really cool with funky bars and restaurants all around and close enough to the main tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful and they even cooked us a great dinner our first night. The only problem is the bathrooms, to get to them we had to constantly cross the reception desk and they were not as clean as we would have hoped.

Nice rooms. The staff was helpful. The breakfast lacked in food. By the time we ate, the butter was gone, the bread was smushed and broken, and the milk was warm. Not really a FULL breakfast and didn't offer many options. Other than that, it was pretty clean and quiet. I liked the location. Close to the city center without being in a sketchy area. It felt safe. But everyone was pretty quiet and kept to themselves, so it wasn't a natural place to socialize with other travelers.

This was a great hostel! Gorgeous location and the staff was SO helpful! They also had fun activities each night and we got to have Sangria! Great hostel to meet people! Nice atmosphere. The room was extremely small though and the heat didn't work that well! :-/ Still I would recommend it, nothing that influenced my good opinion!

Fantastic staff - really helpful, friendly and they had some activity organised every night (Thanks Leon). Our room was great but the street got a little noisy on Friday night. Bit of a hike to the showers for boys and the toilets were a little cosy. Security wise, there was someone at the entry door all the time which was comforting. Kitchen facilities really good and free breakfast is always a bonus. We both liked the atmosphere of the place and went back a second time.

Whats not to like - perfect location, great atmosphere, kitchen with tea and coffee, free internet....Only two showers in male bathroom, but that never been an issue, and we stayed there for five days! Highly reccomended :)

I loved 360 Hostel! It was one of my favorite hostels so far! It's great if you're traveling solo because it's small and so you really get to know the people you're staying with! Also a double bonus you get breakfast AND a snack at night anything from Salad to Sangria!
