Everything was just great! The atmosphere was absolutely great, the food had really good quality for the the money you pay. The tour we booked over the hostel went really well... everything just great except of the scratchy toilet paper ;-)

Good location and excellent bar with good food and service. The rooms were clean although, rooms should have more switches to plug electronic devices. Even better, these switches should be individual for each bed.

Very nice Hostel, close to Tiananmen and metro station. Personal spoke English and there's a nice bar.

I cannot recommend this hotel any higher than I have rated it, what a place. Met some awesome people defiantly worth a visit :0).

Great stay in beijing..very nice atmosphere with a cozy bar on the ground floor - dont taste pizzas though n overall a bit pricey for china standards..other than that def recommended thnx guys

this place is wonderful. i would strongly recommend this to any person who is looking for somewhere comfortable, clean and welcoming. i arrived in beijing at the conclusion of my two months travels through china and would comfortably say this is one of the best hostels in china. this is also due to its central and convenient location and most importantly the staff. everyone working there are very friendly and helpful. just tiptop individuals. brodie

Great hostel, very close (within walking distance) to Tiananmen Square and well-connected to Line 2 on the subway. Very clean and nice vibe in the bar area, even though it was a little quiet when I visited.

One of the best hostels I have stayed in.

I was in 4 hostels in Beijing, but this one was the best, especially in winter is important that it is worm and that is harder to find in hostels in China.

Nice hostel in an unbeatable location, staff always helpful and nice bar to hang out. I´d stay here again and I´d totally recommend it!

Vey friendly and helpful staff, great bar and restaurant too at good prices! The beds were very comfortable and the place looked spotless all the time as they cleaned constantly. However, freezing cold on corridors and toilets so it was a challenge to have a shower in winter. But their showers were incredible! Good pressure and hot water so I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone.

Very good place, the staff is nice and hotel is clean. Will definitly go back there if i need to stay in pekin in future

i can strongly recommend this hostel! it ist located in Helen's, a really great bar where you can get western food and delicious cocktails (cancel white lady in the cocktail map ;-))

Great staff and a wonderful location! Have stayed there everytime I go to Beijing (3 or 4) times a year!

Brilliant hostel, one of the best I've stayed in, I only wish I had stayed a little longer! It's attached to a bar making it the perfect place to meet people staying in the area. The showers are AMAZING, it's fair to say it made a nice change from everywhere I'd been before to have a half decent power shower with hot water. Staff emailed me before I arrived with a map of the area, the subway system and detailed directions from the station to the hostel, very nice touch and really helped.

Some of the staff were extremely nice and some were awful. The bedroom was extremely clean but the bathroom was awful. The main "common room" is the bar downstairs so if you want some down-time without beer and smoke you need to go outside. Overall good value for money but still room for improvement.
