The staff spoke good english were polite and helpful. The hostel was in a good area and near many of the tourist sites the rates were good and the facilities were clean and plenty of hot water.

Stayed here a few years ago so booked again . Upgraded to a twin room with ensuite last minute which was a good call as the shared shower/toilet rooms were so cold! DVD room which wasn't there on my previous trip was handy when it was so cold outside in Beijing & wasn't in the mood for sightseeing. Main bar/restaurant area is let down by people being allowed to smoke

A little gem in an otherwise slummy part of the Hutong maze of the city. Loved the atmosphere, the staff was kind and helped me with finding a working ATM and with booking a decent (shop-free, though kinda pricey) tour to the Wall. The bar downstairs is great and decently priced. Internet is crappy as is par for the course in China. Getting there is a bit of a hassle, however it's really close to the Tiananmen square/forbidden city/night food market walk, which tends to compensate. Recommended.

Great hostel, located close to Tiannamen Square - lots of little eateries nearby including their own restaurant and cool looking bar. Crashed for one night on way to Shenyang. Staff spoke English - clean, comfortable and very good heater, haha, its late November! Dave's Travel Corner recommends 365 Inn :) ~ Dave

the staff behavior was, sorry to say, bad. the reception people, a man and a woman, were arrogant, and became mean when they understood we are not so happy with the rooms.

My stay at 365 Inn was amazing. I met a lot of wonderful people here, the hostel is really cozy and the staff is very very nice. They were very helpful in providing information to get to the hostel, wrote directions to get to places and overall were very pleasant to talk to. They were very cool about leaving my luggage at the hostel the last day. The toilets are clean and the cleaning staff is good about making sure things are neat. My roommates were awesome and my stay was safe.

We have enjoyed our stay in 365 Inn in Beijing. We had a two bed room and it was very clean, you always got new towels, shampoo and so on. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every issues and the communication was always very friendly. Another advantage was that the hostel is only about 5 minutes away from the next subway and the forbidden city. In the hostel we have also had good breakfast and dinner, various things. The price is really good for this hostel!

So happy we picked this hostel for our stay in Beijing. Great atmosphere, comfortable room and warm showers. Only negative was our room was very cold until the heaters came on around 10.30pm. If you are out till after this time it is not a problem.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable time staying at this hostel for 4 nights. This was mostly derived from the good company I met here at the well stocked and reasonably priced hostel bar. The friendly and helpful staff, and very high standard of cleanliness also helped. There seemed to be fewer native Chinese staying here than in many other places I visited in China.

This was by far the best hostel that I have stayed it in China. Mostly because of the fact, that it is really clean and everything worked. hot water check, hot room check, clean beds check, good coffee check.... If i really wanted to find something negative it would be the arrogance of one of the reception girls... but i guess that comes with the westerness of this place.
