(+)Great staff, quick and accurate response to facing minor inconveniences. Excellent price-performance ratio. If you are traveling with a car, this is the place, even better than in the city center, I think. (-)Sometimes it was not enough hot water in the shower, and it would be useful to handle around the yard.

The staff was amazingly helpful and the place was really good. It's not in the city center, but that's exactly was I was looking for. In any case, it's round 20 minutes by bus from city center. The place offers everything I can think about, no one complaint. And even if so, I repeat, the staff was so perfect that it'll cover it. I'll be back when in Kraków.

Free parking, nice house and courtyard, supermarket across the street, bus stop is near, 4 buses goes to center and ride takes about 10 min. Definitely recommendable hostel!

It was a really nice place, perfect atmosphere, great conditions and staff! PS - The best of all was that they made fun of Miguel (Portugal), cause he got lost twice in the building ;) Lots of kisses to staff! Cause they were really great :)

A very nice Hostel I would say. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay there. Below a short summary of the hostel: Pro: + Bathroom was very clean + Hostel is near a bus stop, supermarket across the street, excellent bakery next to the bus stop + helpful and friendly staff + quiet, outside the city Contra: - no real cooker in the kitchen, just a heating plate for one pot was available - only one knife to cut the bread +/- tiny pillows We will definitly come again!

It was a very nice stay, very quiet, friendly, the room and the bathroom was nice and very very clean. From the location to the city center 10 minutes with the bus. Personnel was very helpful and friendly. Opposite the Hostel is a supermarket, 5 minutes to the main road you will find restaurants, shops with specialties (Italian and local), beautiful park. It is a real value for money.

This hostel is absolutely brilliant! It is in a quiet family neighbourhood about 20 minutes by bus from the city centre. Location is peaceful and still close to a mini supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy etc. The facilities are excellent, we were surprised at how amazing our room was for the price! We had a free breakfast every morning. The staff were so kind and helpful, and even did our washing for us! Would definitely recommend this hostel!

The staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was comfortable and warm.

Before the staying at this hostel, I had some concerns about this place. But after I stayed, i realized that this hostel is one of the best hostel in krakow. We came this hostel with 7 person and we all enjoyed it. Rooms was clean, staff also was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good and we loved atmosphere in that hotel. If I will visit Krakow again, I will definitely choose this hostel.

It's a clean and comfortable hostel. It's around 6 Km from the old city but well connected with buses!

We had a private room with a double bed and it was worth all the money!

Very welcoming staff, a friendly atmosphere, with brand new and clean facilities. The only (little) problem was the lack of hot water sometimes in the showers, but it did not prevent us from having a wonderful stay there! And we are going back there again, so we are more than convinced by the quality of this hostel :)

Great hostel :-) Clean, various breakfast ( for vegetarian too), sweet room :-) I meet great people there. The staff make the familly atmosphere.

Would like a little more love to the hostel from the staff)

The hostel is perfect for travelers commuting to and from the airport as it is conveniently located a 15 minute bus ride away from the airport. Getting to the central part of the city is also super easy and takes another 15 minutes by bus. The hostel offers more sacious rooms as compared to most downtow hostels and either private ensuit bathrooms or a bathroom that s shared by just 2 rooms and not the entire floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hostel.

everything is nice except the location. It's quite far from the centre and there's not much to do around the neighborhood. If you stay in Krakow for short trip, consider 25 minutes of taking public transportation to the centre.
