Basically a hotel, no common room to hang out in. Wifi does not work in most rooms it seems. Other than that, it's a fine, cheap hotel. Had a basic private room with a TV, and en suite bathroom, fridge... I'd stay here again.

Your booking worked well. I was expected and paid the agreed price of 65 EGP. I spent 6 nights at the Hotel which is well situated for shopping or daily walkabouts. The personnel are friendly and unassuming. As is the hotel. Run-down now since the last bright paint job, there is still a simple charm in he lobby. The room (106) is spacious, two single beds clean linen. A double door leads to a narrow but unfurnished balcony. The bathroom is minimal. No towel or soap, not even a hook or shelf. A r

I stayed at the hotel for a week between February and March. The staff at the hotel and the atmosphere are excellent. Muhammed is a very helpful and dedicated owner. He arranges trips for tourists at good price and with very good quality (much better than when found in a random place in the city). He does not nag about going to the excursions, which cannot be said about all the Egyptians you meet on the street that try to convice you to go here and there (in general, do not buy these things on the street, t

Alright for a couple of nights if you are a backpacker.or on a very low budget. A little breakfast is included in the price. The bathrooms could do with renovating - there was mould and they looked bad. The location is in the downtown 'Egyptians' area, but.is.near beaches, although the area can be a bit noisy for traffic and car horns if you want an early night. The owner is kind and friendly, and pre-booked me a cheap taxi to the airport.

I stayed in this hotel for one week in January and really liked my stay. The staff was very helpful and the location is great. I also booked few excursions from this hotel, to Cairo and to quad safari and they were both great and unexpensive. The hotel is just few steps from the the beach and also you could use the swimming pool/beach of Sand beach hotel for only 20 egyptian pound. I recommend this place if you are looking for a low budget hotel with basics.

The hostel was just ok. Nothing special. The bathrooms are bad, old and dirty and we didn't had hot water all the time. Beside that there is a night club very close so its very loud in the night.

We stayed in a twin room in January, and it was quite cold. The window in the toilet did't close properly, and we had to run the water 5-10 minutes before getting hot water every day. Mr. Mohammed was helpful and offering a range of excursions. The diving trip was excellent though we would have got the same trip for 25 euros from Sand hotel, now we paid 35 each. The hostel is near public beach and the beaches of few bigger hotels they let you enter by paying about 3 euros.

Good value for your money and the owner is super friendly and takes good care of you!! A little noisy at night from the street and a close by disco, but nothing too bad. The entire place could use some minor renovations and a bit of paint here and there, but the friendly and helpful staff makes up for it. All rooms have basic but private bathrooms. Private beach 50 m away (20 Egyptian pound) and public beach 150m away (recomended!! 12 E pound for sunbed; resturant etc).

I stayed in the "4 Seasons Hotel" for 3 nights and liked this place. Basic rooms, excellent service, nice breakfast, good location - short distance to markets/basars, to the beach ("Sandy Beach"), 15 minutes to the airport by taxi. Just next to 4 Seasons there is an excellent dive shop too. I went diving with "Prince Diving Center" - 35 Euros for 2 dives/day trip, incl. equipment, lunch on the boat and transport to the Port. Snorkeling day trips incl. transport to the boat and lunch for 100 EGP.
